Sushi lovers, rejoice: Yume Sushi is the first stand-alone concept of executive chef Saran Kannasute.  Devoted to his artful cuisine, the atmosphere boast a 30' wide graffiti geisha mural that is modern, edgy and evocative of traditional Japanese culture.

At the back bar, a modern string installation of Venetian plaster and individually installed colored stings creates a modern geometric design inspired by the shape of the Japanese fan.

Keeping with the aesthetic, calling cards were also design by the Atelier.
